Just purchased it -doesnt work - no app support that works either / no audio - help me some

Very disappointed . still not working !!! what options are you providing your customers?? are u hoping ignoring us and we will go away? not a reality on your part .

This series is really important to my daily walk and I like it very much. Unfortunately recently it has not been playing reliably. As one other reviewer suggested, setting the date to 2011 instead of 2012 seems to work. Im guessing that the server they are using might be having problems. I know it is frustrating to pay $20 and not have the app work properly but be patient with our Christian brothers and sisters. I read recently that Tom died in 2010 so perhaps his wife is finding it hard to keep it maintained.

I paid a lot of money for this APP on both my and my wifes iPhones. It will no longer work and support has ignored all help requests. Please do the integral response and let customers know what is going on. It is inaccurate and unethical to ignore the many customers and help requests.

Worked for a while then stopped and cant get it working, disappointing.

Dear One Year Audio Bible users, I am so terribly sorry for the problems you are having. I understand that many of you utilize this app as an important tool in your walk with God. It breaks my heart to know that I have not been able to get this corrected but please know that I am working diligently to get this resolved. I certainly understand you are upset and rightfully so. We have tried everything to correct the app that is out there and preserve it for those who use it daily. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts and failures our previous developer determined there was no way to repair the one we have. We have reached out and found and exciting new developer, who is currently working on a brand new One Year Audio Bible App. Think of this as a computer - sometimes they get so messed up you just have to buy a new one. This is what we are facing with this app - we will all have to buy a new One Year Audio Bible App. To make it right for our customers - MasterMedia is offering "A Diary of Private Prayers" and "Spiritual Journeys Morning Meadow Meditation". This apps stops working from time to time. Ive found that deleting it from my iPod and reinstalling from my pc gets it working again. But I make the mistake of starting this app on Feb 29th and now it will not restart after repeated reinstalls. Should have got the CD-ROM for the money I paid. Please fix this app!

Thought this was a great app ... Until it stopped working. For this kind of money we should get something in return when the darned thing stops and it is the sellers fault and not something we did. When do we get the new and improved version ... At no extra cost ... As weve already paid an arm and leg for one that no longer works??? V

When it works the app is great! I have an iPhone 4G. On leap day Feb 29, 2012 it stopped working and has not worked since. I hope the developers fix it.

Melanie- thank you for the update that you all are working on a viable solution to our problem. Im sorry for the emotional pain this as caused you personally. But please know we continue to be loyal fans of Toms and Master Media. Im sure if Tom could fix it even now he would. Thank you for continuing Toms ministry. I love this app and Toms commentaries, actually his teaching and insight to the daily scriptures. I look forward to the new version asap. Thanks again.

Ive went without listening now for 3 weeks because they didnt tell us we could just change the year to 2013 and it will work. How about an update with a pop up message, Thanks for nothing

Its bad that I have to cross my fingers every morning and hope that the stream will work on that day...

So happy the glitch is fixed. A blessing it is free!!!

If you are leery at all from the overall reviews, worry no longer. Nov. 20, 2012 they updated this app for the first time in possibly years – and its awesome now! Before it was very buggy & near impossible to stream without wifi, & even then it could be buggy. Now its organized better, streams flawlessly, & you can download for offline playback! I have had all kinds of audio Bibles, and this version is by far the best to listen to. Tom Dooley is a radio host & not only professional, but a dynamic reader. You wont be board, and yet its not dramatic either. Its just real & life giving. Theres only music during transitions to let you know youre hearing a different book. Theres not constant music, which I prefer (even as a full time musician). Theres the option for commentary before each reading as an overview of the text youre about to hear. I used to enjoy that but now I cut to the chase. At least you have the option with this app. Get this app – you wont regret it! You will likely be disappointed with other audio Bibles as I have. They just dont live up to this one.

It is so soothing to hear Toms voice as he read the commentary and Bible which of of course is Gods living word. I Thank our Father for blessing me with this app. And for blessing Tom and giving him the skill and gift to read Gods word I had the previous version and I do miss being able to read while listening but I still can if I use another bible App to read as I listen using this app. Thanks to the developer and staff and Toms wife for her love and devotion to God and for carrying on this ministry.

I like this app. I like the commentary which helps you understand what is going on before listening to the Bible reading. Please update so that it will keep your place after shutting down, the drop down screen go blank after that days reading. Thank you.

Since the update everything runs smooth! Love the commentary option, everything I expected, and more!

Please fix this problem. This is the second time this month (April) . You can listen but cannot read.
